Has anyone ever tried to paint their jug? On (lots of taping) or off (lots of work) the bike? Did the paint last? How long?
I'm thinking of doing the jug with that HD "crinkle black" paint (gives a sort of powder coat look) to bring out the chrome, but I don't want to mess it up and just make the bike look like trash.
Comments from anyone with any experience (or I guess, any OPINION--- that ought to get you going!) in this area would be EXTREMELY welcome!!!
